Whipped Cream Canister Explosion Kills French Fitness Blogger
The whipped cream container exploded and struck her in the chest.
According to USA Today, French fitness blogger and Instagram celeb Rebecca Burger passed away on Saturday due to a whipped cream canister exploding and hitting her in the chest.
Ard’time was the brand of the whipped cream and they released a statement saying that the particular canister was withdrawn from the market in 2013.
Consumer magazine 60 Million Consumers reported that the victim was hit violently in the chest by the exploding canister, and said that led to a heart attack. The magazine said it had been warning for years of such risks after dozens of incidents, but this was apparently the first death reported.

According to the USA Today article, the company of whipped cream is now up to 60 accidents involved with these cartridges.
The prosecutor’s office told USA Today that an investigation is underway into Saturday’s death of Burger and whether a faulty siphon on a high-pressure canister used to make and dispense whipped cream was at fault
