We’ve all been a part of a team where the main goal is to ‘give it your all’ or to ‘go have fun.’ No, screw that, life is about winning and so is sports and this man right here gets it.

When he asked Jaxon to name one of the goals he adorably said “to do your bestest.” The kid candidly said the actual word ‘bestest’ but the coach was like hell no, not even close kid.

“Our goals are to hit dingers, disgrace the pitcher’s family, make the other players cry and stop their butts into the ground.”

He then offers of course some life advice and tells the kids there are two types of people in this world: winners and losers.

“If your dad has said, “Oh, it doesn’t matter whether you win or lose, just as long as you have fun,” I hate to say it, your dad’s a loser.”

Yes, he went there.

This man should quit his day job and travel from city to city giving motivational speeches to Little Leaguers across America.
