Philly News Station Wishes Joe Frazier A Happy Birthday Forgetting He’s Been Dead Since 2011

Joe Frazier died of liver cancer in November of 2011, but don’t tell that to Fox 29 in Philadelphia.
It makes it so much worse that the reporter is so sincere wishing him a happy 73rd birthday before telling viewers he’ll be celebrating at City Hall at 6:00.
The biggest question here is how did they even come up with that report that he would be at City Hall at 6:00? Did someone send a fake press release to them and an entire news team had no idea one of boxings biggest legends has been dead since 2011?
Oh, and to top it all off, Frazier was born on January 12, not January 11.
