Patrick Reed Hit The Ball Too Good To Hit All 14 Fairways On Friday
If there is one golfer out there that is just a downright savage — outside the obvious answer of Tiger Woods — it is Patrick Reed. I mean that in a good way, as in the man has more swag on the golf course than the local scratch golfer at your hell hole of a home course that hasn’t lost a dime in years.
Reed doesn’t hold back. Not on the course and certainly not during interviews. He’s one of the cockiest golfers maybe to ever set foot on Tour despite not having a Top 10 finish in a major championship, but we’re not here to talk about that.
The 26-year-old fired a bogey-free 65 in the second-round of the SBS Tournament of Champions on Friday hitting all 18 greens in regulation. He also hit 13 of 14 fairways. Here is his reasoning behind not having a perfect day with the driver.
Thanks for being you, P. Reed.
And golf gods, please give us another Rory McIlroy-Reed battle very soon. Maybe at The Masters, that sound good?
