Matt Moore Almost Gets Head Taken Off By Bud Depree, Returns To Game One Play Later
Miami quarterback Matt Moore was just annihilated by Pittsburgh linebacker Bud Dupree in the AFC Wild Card game.
If you watched that video without sound, watch it again with the sound turned on. Yeah, that blast you hear is Dupree trying to take Moore’s head off.
Dupree was flagged for roughing the passer. It took Moore a few minutes to even sit up while laying on the ground trying to figure out what the hell just happened.
Moore went to the sideline and missed all of one play as T.J. Yates checked in for the Dolphins at quarterback. It was soon reported after that trainers were concerned Moore may have broken his jaw, but it doesn’t appear so.
I guess Moore passed those oh so critical NFL concussion tests that took all of one play of him sitting on the sideline.
