Extreme Barbie Downhill Racing is a thing that exists on this beautiful planet.
After seeing this Tweet from At The Buzzer I had to do some research and ohhhh boy am I glad I did.
Let’s dive into this.
My immediate reaction 15 seconds into watching the video: holy hell, that is a ton of people watching grown-ass men roll down a hill.
My second reaction 17 seconds into the video: holy hell, I have to experience this as soon as possible.
In just the second race in, this one guy looks like he has literally died:
Also, these dudes do NOT give up, even if they fly through the air while doing a flip and landing on their skulls.
This man here needs to officially be racing a NASCAR or dirt truck or whatever the hell else. PRO.
If this guy here didn’t have a helmet on and hit his head THAT hard he would still be asleep in that exact same spot.
In looking around the group’s official Facebook Page, this is some serious business. Their motto: “Grab a old power wheels jeep, make it free wheel, find you a hill, RACE.” That’s easy enough.
Of course this is done in the Southeast United States, which doesn’t surprise me but then again does because that’s where I live and I’ve never heard of this, but ok.
Head on over to Wal-Mart, grab a Barbie truck (and a case of beer), find a hill that you would be nervous to just walk down let alone ride something down and RACE.
