Milwaukee Brewers prospect Brett Phillips, a 22-year-old that played at the Double-A level last season, has the most incredible and contagious laugh of anyone on the planet.
Him and his laugh went sort of viral around this time last year and the guys at MLB Network wanted to see and hear that candid laugh on air today.

You have got to be kidding me with this. That is that man’s ACTUAL LAUGH. It’s like he’s having a stroke. Hell, his eye even shuts and he’s frozen there looking for air. It’s legitimately like he is suffocating. And the noise, WHAT IS THAT?
It’s DAMN funny is what it is. This man may never make it to the show, but his laugh is Hall of Fame worthy.
